Do you sell to the public?
No we are a whole sale business only.
We have agents in every state in Australia (except TAS).
Please call or e-mail the agent in your state to make an appointment to show you our product samples
& to give you any up to date information in regards to new designs & promotions.
How do I place an order?
We assign all approved account holders a password so that you can log in to view our prices.
Enter the quantities next to each product you wish to order, then follow the prompts to check out.
What is the minimum order value?
For orders below $300.00 full freight charge will apply.
(You will be charged our standard rates, prices vary - depending on size & dimensions of each carton)
How do I open an account?
Our agent will provide you with a credit application (if a credit account is required).
(Or you can call 02 9721 3931 or e-mail email@example.com to obtain one).
Note: For all new accounts the first 2 transactions will need to be paid up front (proforma)
How do I make a payment?
We will e-mail or fax you a “proforma” invoice together with our payment options once order is placed.
We accept cheques, direct bank deposit and credit cards (Mastercard, Visa & AMEX).
If you have an approved account with us already a copy of the invoice will be shipped out with the goods.
What are the delivery charges?
Free delivery to mainland capital cities for orders over $300.00.
For Country areas – for orders over $300.00 we will cover ½ the freight – below $300.00 full freight charge apply.
Returns & Credits?
For any returns or replacements please call 02 9721 3931 or e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org and speak to our customer service.
They will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (if required) or Replacement stock to be shipped out.
How do I obtain a Whole sale pricelist?
Once you have established an account with us, we will either e-mail or post you a hard copy of our price list (if required)
