Return Policy
If any product purchased from kingtex.com.au is faulty, or you have changed your mind, we will gladly exchange it or refund it in their unused, unopened and original condition. Where you have received free shipping, we will deduct a flat fee of $10 delivery fee from your refund.
How to complete your return
Please send email (info@kingtex.com.au) to ask for exchange or refund;
We will send return label to you via email;
Take your return parcel to any Post Office and you will be issued with a lodgement receipt.
Dispatch & Delivery
Once we receive you payment, we will dispatch your order within 2 business days.When your online purchase is complete, you will receive an email containing your order confirmation and delivery details that will allow you to track the status of your delivery at any time.
Delivery Time
Deliveries will usually arrive within:
2-4 business days (VIC and NSW)
4-6 business days (TAS, SA and QLD)
6-9 business days (WA and NT)
10-20 business days (NZ)
